Last updated: March 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Cerebro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

Cerebro is a news analysis and narrative intelligence platform that aggregates, clusters, and summarizes publicly available news content using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated news summaries and analysis
  • AI-powered conversational chat about current events
  • Narrative tracking and source comparison tools

Cerebro is not a publisher of original reporting unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts and authentication

You may browse Cerebro without an account. Creating an account enables additional features such as unlimited AI chat, saved preferences, and personalized alerts.

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your authentication method
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and paid tiers

Cerebro offers a free tier with limited AI chat interactions per day. Paid plans with expanded limits and additional features may be offered in the future. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or authentication mechanisms
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
  • Attempt to extract data from third-party sources outside permitted use
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent

6. Third-party content

The Service includes content from third-party sources including news outlets. Third-party content is attributed to its original source. Cerebro’s AI-generated summaries are derivative works created for analysis purposes and do not represent the views of the original publishers.

7. Intellectual property

All Cerebro-generated summaries, analysis, software, and user interface elements are owned by Cerebro unless otherwise stated. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Cerebro’s proprietary content without written permission.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

Cerebro uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, analysis, and conversational responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. You should independently verify any information obtained through the Service before relying on it for important decisions.

Nothing on Cerebro constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerebro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
